How We Select and Source What We Sell
Our product range is deliberately focused — we'd rather carry fewer things we stand behind than a warehouse full of unknowns.
Every product on our shelves has been evaluated by the Echoimint team before it reaches you. We look at build quality, supplier reliability, and whether it performs consistently under Kakamega's conditions — the local climate, available maintenance options, and typical usage patterns here. If a supplier can't meet our standards on two consecutive deliveries, we stop stocking them. That discipline means our range is smaller than a mass retailer, but you can trust that what you pick up from us will do what it says it will. We restock key lines twice a week to avoid long out-of-stock periods.

Clear, fixed pricing
Prices are displayed and they're the price you pay. We don't negotiate up at the counter. Our margin is built in from the start — so you get a consistent, fair price every visit, whether it's your first or your fiftieth.
Twice-weekly restocking
Core lines are restocked every Tuesday and Friday. If an item you need is temporarily out, we take your contact and call you the moment it arrives — usually within two to four days.

What We Don't Stock — and Why That's a Good Thing
A focused range means better quality control and faster answers from our team.
We deliberately don't carry every product category under the sun. Echoimint focuses on a curated set of lines where we can genuinely vouch for quality and local suitability. If you need a specific item outside our range, we'll tell you honestly rather than upsell you something that doesn't fit your need. We also don't offer delivery at this time — all purchases are collected from our Mumias Road premises. For large or repeat orders, speak to us about lead times before assuming something will always be available the same day.
