How Our Appointment System Works
From first contact to follow-up, every step is straightforward.
Getting an appointment at Echoimint is designed to take less than five minutes of your time. You call or message us, tell us what you need, and we find an available slot that fits your week. We send you a confirmation with the exact time, the name of the person you'll see, and a brief summary of what to bring or prepare. On the day, you arrive to a team that has already reviewed your request — no repeating yourself, no starting from scratch. After your appointment, we check in to make sure everything was resolved to your satisfaction.

SMS and call confirmation
Once booked, you receive a confirmation by SMS and a call the morning before your appointment. If your plans change, you can reschedule up to 24 hours before at no charge.
Prepared staff, every visit
The team member handling your appointment reviews your details in advance. You walk in and we're already up to speed — saving you time and making the whole visit more efficient.
Follow-up included
We call or message you within 48 hours of your appointment to confirm everything is resolved. If it isn't, we book a follow-up at no additional cost to you.

When Appointments Might Not Be the Right Fit
We believe in giving you an honest picture before you book.
Our appointment slots are designed for focused, one-to-one sessions of 30 to 60 minutes. If your situation is complex, involves multiple parties, or requires equipment or stock that needs advance ordering, we'll tell you upfront and plan the right approach. Walk-in requests are handled when capacity allows, but we can't guarantee an immediate slot on busy days — calling ahead is always worth the two minutes it takes. We also don't offer home visits at this time; all appointments are at our Mumias Road premises.
